A couple of years ago my brother introduced me to the addictive world of 24 hours only tees available on such sites as Teefury and Qwertee,
ever since then I have been completely obsessed with buying from these
sites and now have quite a large collection. Above is just a small
selection (in need of a good ironing) I honestly dont know how I can fit
all of my collection into one photo when my wardrobe struggles to
squeeze them in .....
If you have never heard
of these such sites and you are a huge nerdy geek (like me) you really
should check them out, prices vary from site to site and most are based
in the States but you can get a decent geek tee for around £11, which
imo makes the 4 week totally worth it.
Designs can include tv shows, films, video games and even cartoons from your childhood they has them all!
These sites have also introduced me to some awesome independent artists such as Karen Hallion (@khallion) and Scott Weston (@hoborobo) of whom I have bought many designs.
Actually @Bookindle initially introduced me to Karen Hallion's works, she has done some awesome Dr Who/Disney crossovers check out her redbubble page. Below is one of my faves from her (the other I am currently wearing...) This one came from Othertees:
Goodness knows how many I have now in my collection, but it will
continue to grow I'm sure. Although I have stopped checking the sites
religiously every morning over breakfast, my friends continue to point
me in the direction of a tee they think, and KNOW, I will be want to own
and I get emails from them aswell (its like they know).
If
anyone else reading this has the same addiction and wants to share any
tees they have purchased, please do it will be nice to know I am not in
this alone....
My name is Flo and I am addicted to t-shirts.
